3. TOUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Booking & Confirmation

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of payment.

3.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard refund and cancellation policy for all guided tours and experience bookings is as follows:

  • Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before Tour Departure: You are eligible for a full refund (100%) of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Tour Departure: Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable.

  • No-Shows or Late Arrivals: If you fail to show up or arrive late to the designated departure point, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

3.3 Cancellation Procedure

To cancel or modify a tour reservation, you must submit a written request via email to jansbcncompass@outlook.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. The official timestamp on the incoming email will serve as the verification for the 48-hour window.

3.4 Cancellations by Us

In rare cases (such as severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen force majeure events), we reserve the right to cancel a tour. If we cancel a tour, you will be offered either:

  1. A full refund of the amount paid, or

  2. The option to reschedule for another available date/time.
