When you book a tour or contact us, we may collect:

  • Booking details: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the tour and date you choose, the number of guests, and any message or special requests you write (for example accessibility needs).

  • Payment details: payments are handled by our payment provider, [Wix Payments / Stripe / PayPal]. We do not see or store your full card number.

  • anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or the website's contact form.

  • Technical data: if you accept cookies, your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited on our site.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 without the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Who we share your data with

We share data only with providers who help us run the service, under agreements that protect it:

  • Wix.com Ltd. and its affiliates, which host this website and provide our booking system.
